Work Space FUSING — Work right in our store

Time: Monday to Saturday. 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Not available during instructional classes - phone ahead and check.

Cost: $20.00

Participants will have use of a work table, glass grinder and all accessory glass product we use during the instruction of our fusing classes. Not included is the base glass you use for your project or firing and slumping charges. The glass product available to you is confetti, rod, nuggets, stringer, noodles, scrap glass, glue and mold of your choice if slumping. Also included is access to our Glastar G9 Disc grinder and Gryphon Belt sander. Previous instruction on these machines is essential. This $20.00 charge allows you to access to the materials for one project 12" to 16" or equivalent. We reserve the right to limit the amount of accessory glass used. We can not allow excessive accessory material use. If you wish to make additional projects, the price decreases to $15 per piece.  No instruction is offered during these times.

  Work Space FUSING — Cost Example

So, lets say you want to make a 12" fused glass plate. Here is the break down cost:

• Base materials - $25
• Workshop - $20
• Firing ( HotStart Pro ) - $7.50
• Slumping ( HotStart Pro ) - $7.50

For $60 you can make yourself a beautiful 12 inch plate bowl or whatever your imagination can create.

Work Space STAINED GLASS — Work right in our store

Time: Monday to Saturday. 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Not available during instructional classes - phone ahead and check.

Cost: $5.00 a session

Participants will have use of a shop grinder and miter saw (no glass saws) and their own working area. Currently, we have no limit on the amount of time that you can spend in the workshop. That may change depending on demand. No instruction is offered during these times.

 Storage — For those of us who live in a spatially challenged environment...

... or you just don't want to drag your work home every day! Picture yourself happily working away doing stained glass on one table and glass fusing on another. Your busy, your creating, your in the groove. Now you have to pack everything in your car and take it home! Forgetaboutit !!! We wanna make it easy for you. Store it here between work sessions. No projects larger than 36"X 32" .
